Hülya Karakaya, former responsible managing editor of leftist, pro-Kurdish Özgür Halk magazine, was arrested in August at the Diyarbakır airport as she was about to get on a plane to İstanbul on charges of membership in a terrorist organization.
She is held in pre-trial detention in the southeastern province.
